And fair enough—we’ve been burned by bad return policies before, too.

That’s why we’ve made our Return & Refund Policy clear, simple, and straight to the point.

No BS. No legal maze. Just how we handle it.

We Back What We Sell

Every single product we ship—whether it’s HGH, oral steroids, liquid suspensions, PCT kits, or weight loss products—is carefully packed, double-checked, and sent with tracking.

But sometimes:

  • Stuff gets damaged in transit

  • Orders arrive incomplete

  • Customs cause issues

  • Or mistakes just happen

We handle it.

What We Do Accept for Returns

We only accept returns on:

  • Damaged products (broken vials, crushed tablets, etc.)

  • Incorrect items sent (you ordered one thing, received another)

  • Missing parts in kits or stacks

  • Unopened, sealed products (within 14 days of delivery)

Important:
Due to the nature of products like injectable steroids, oral steroids, peptides, and steroid powders, we cannot accept returns once the seal is broken.

If it’s been opened or used—we can’t take it back.
No exceptions.

What We Don’t Accept

Let’s be upfront.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong product ordered by mistake

  • No longer want the cycle

  • Product didn’t meet your expectations

  • You used it and want to send it back

This is gear, not gym clothes.

Once it leaves our hands and gets opened—it’s final.

What to Do If You Have a Problem

Something wrong with your order?

Here’s what to do:

  1. Email us within 2 days of receiving your order.

  2. Attach photos of the damaged or incorrect items.

  3. Include your order number in the subject line.

  4. Tell us clearly what went wrong.

We’ll review everything fast.

If the issue is legit, we’ll:

  • Reship the correct product

  • Send a replacement

  • Or issue a store credit (case-by-case)

We want to fix it—but we need info fast.

Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It’ll be sent via the same payment method you used

  • We’ll confirm by email

  • Refunds can take a few days to show, depending on your provider

If crypto was used, we refund based on the current value at the time of refund—not the original USD price.

Returned Packages

Sometimes packages bounce back to us.

Here’s why that usually happens:

  • You gave a wrong or incomplete address

  • You weren’t home and didn’t collect

  • Your local post office held it too long

  • Customs blocked it

If this happens:

  • We can resend (you cover reshipping)

  • Or issue store credit minus shipping costs

We’ll always let you know what’s going on.
